MAY 2ND 2020 – Upper Body Workout

This upper body workout is a killer burn! Instead of going by reps, this counts by the time instead, so you really fit in AMRAP into that time limit and really workout to FAILURE.

I enjoyed myself throughout the entire workout and it felt like time flew by so quickly because it was really challenging YET enjoyable! Would definitely revisit this for a burn to the biceps and triceps!

Starting to be excited as I approach judgement day for my 30 days countdown!
