Today is a perfect day for savoury pancakes because I bought a whole roll of ham and I’m super excited to pair it with pancakes!


Okay back to the point.

Here’s an easy recipe for the Low Carb Coconut Protein Pancakes and the Garlic Greek Yoghurt sauce! I used the protein pancake mix from Myprotein because I’m all about the quick fix LOL.
LOW CARB COCONUT PROTEIN PANCAKES
- 2 eggs
- 2 scoops (50g) Myprotein pancake mix
- 1 scoop (25g) coconut flour
- 1 scoop (25g) water
The best part, just mix them all together and they are ready to go! They don’t rise as high but the coconut flour adds some density and chew factor so it feels like regular flour pancakes!

GARLIC GREEK YOGHURT SAUCE
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 90ml greek yogurt
- Black pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
Also, stir them in and they’re ready to go! This makes quite a fair bit so you can keep them in the refrigerator and eat it again with biscuits or even carrot/cucumber sticks!
