With such an aesthetically pleasing outlook and simple enough to spice things up for days at home, these Low Carb Banana Souffle Pancakes are totally a MUST TRY! You probably already have these ingredients at home!

All you need are 5 INGREDIENTS, eggs, flour, baking soda, banana, and your choice of oil!

Ready for these towers?!

Souffle stacks!

Get these out right now!

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 3 tbsp plain flour OR almond meal
  • 1 banana
  • Butter for pan fry

Step 1:

Beat 4 egg whites with 1 tsp baking soda until stiff peaks form

Step 2:

Beat 4 egg yolks with 1 mashed banana, mixing the flour in at the end

Step 3:

Fold both ingredients in together!

Step 4:

Heat a pan on low, and butter up the pan. Scoop a dollop of mixture onto the pan and cover with a lid to cook.

When the bottom is browned, flip over the pancake and cover the lid again to cook until both sides are nicely browned.

*Tip: In between batches, the oil might turn brown and cause pancakes to look burnt. To rectify that, use a paper towel and wipe the pan before buttering the pan for another batch of pancakes!

It is pancakes day!

Stack them up and dig in, or cover
the lid to keep them warm!
Style them up!

Now try it yourself!
