EASY KETO EGG MUFFINS RECIPE ~ 2G CARBS PER SERVING

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 2 chopped spring onions
  • 150g cooked bacon
  • 175 g shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper

OR

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 small onion (~70g)
  • 150g canned tuna of choice
  • 175g shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper

OR

  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 100g ham
  • 175g shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper

OR

  • 12 eggs
  • leftovers meat from meals
  • 175g shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line muffin tin baking cups or grease a silicone muffin tin with butter.
  3. Chop your preferred ingredients and add to the bottom of the tin.
  4. Whisk eggs together with seasoning. Add cheese and stir.
  5. Pour the batter in the tins.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, depending on the size of the muffin tin.
