Ingredientse
- 20 ml mayonnaise
- pinch of paprika powder or chili powder
- ¼ tbsp Dijon mustard
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 30g grated cheddar cheese
- 175g ground beef
- ½ egg
- salt and pepper
- ½ tbsp butter, for frying
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients (except butter) in a large bowl. Use a wooden spoon or clean hands to combine. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Form large meatballs and fry them in butter on medium heat until they are thoroughly cooked.
- Serve with some greens of choice.
