EASY KETO CHEESY MEATBALLS RECIPE ~ 1G CARBS PER SERVING

Ingredientse

  • 20 ml mayonnaise
  • pinch of paprika powder or chili powder
  • ¼ tbsp Dijon mustard
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 30g grated cheddar cheese
  • 175g ground beef
  • ½ egg
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ tbsp butter, for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients (except butter) in a large bowl. Use a wooden spoon or clean hands to combine. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Form large meatballs and fry them in butter on medium heat until they are thoroughly cooked.
  3. Serve with some greens of choice.
