EASY CREAMY CAULIFLOWER CHICKEN KETO RECIPE ~ 10G CARBS PER SERVING

Ingredients

  • 40g bacon, diced
  • 150g chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 10g butter
  • 50g fresh spinach
  • 100ml heavy whipping cream
  • 150g cauliflower
  • 25g grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon until crispy. Set aside.
  2. Add butter in the same frying pan with the remaining bacon fat and fry the garlic first before adding the chopped chicken.
  3. Wash the vegetables and steam the cauliflower.
  4. Pan fry the spinach until it shrinks and set aside.
  5. Boil heavy whipping cream in the pan. Add parmesan cheese, bacon, chicken and spinach. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the steamed cauliflower to the sauce. Stir and serve.

OR

  3. Add all the vegetables in, top with extra cheese and bake at 180 degrees until vegetables are cooked and cheese melts (approx 20 min).
