Ingredients
- 40g bacon, diced
- 150g chicken breasts, chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 10g butter
- 50g fresh spinach
- 100ml heavy whipping cream
- 150g cauliflower
- 25g grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Fry bacon until crispy. Set aside.
- Add butter in the same frying pan with the remaining bacon fat and fry the garlic first before adding the chopped chicken.
- Wash the vegetables and steam the cauliflower.
- Pan fry the spinach until it shrinks and set aside.
- Boil heavy whipping cream in the pan. Add parmesan cheese, bacon, chicken and spinach. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the steamed cauliflower to the sauce. Stir and serve.

- Add all the vegetables in, top with extra cheese and bake at 180 degrees until vegetables are cooked and cheese melts (approx 20 min).
