DAY 9 – Static Weighted Exercises + 10 min Blaster Day!

Today was one of the days where I woke up with a terrible sharp headache which lasted the entire day – through meetings, training sessions, and despite rest! It is definitely a day to work on more muscle mind engagement and minimal jumps that would exacerbate a throbbing headache!

Today’s Workout:

  1. Bodyweight Squat 20 reps x 4 sets
  2. Bodyweight Split Squat 12 reps per leg x 4 sets
  3. Resistance Banded Deadlift 12 reps x 4 sets

Followed by a quick 10 min blast to hit those muscles good!
