Today was one of the days where I woke up with a terrible sharp headache which lasted the entire day – through meetings, training sessions, and despite rest! It is definitely a day to work on more muscle mind engagement and minimal jumps that would exacerbate a throbbing headache!
- Bodyweight Squat 20 reps x 4 sets
- Bodyweight Split Squat 12 reps per leg x 4 sets
- Resistance Banded Deadlift 12 reps x 4 sets
Followed by a quick 10 min blast to hit those muscles good!
