DAY 8 – YOGA HIIT and Run!

Today is going to be a wind day Wednesday! Started the day with a Zoom yoga session with another amazing colleague and life is great!

Used to do some of Ali Kamenova’s sessions because of the increased intensity when I was still working out at home. Today I revisited this and yes, it was still intense! Not the spike up your heart rate (mine was maintained below 100bpm the whole session) kind of intense, but it got my whole body SUPER SWEATY!

Also, today during my rest day, I indulged in pasta, toast and waffles! Is it a cheat day?! Feeling a little more in control at this crazy uncontrollable state right now. Wishing everybody is doing well too!
