DAY 28 – YOGA + HIIT

I DID IT!

Woke up in the morning for a nice flow and stretch to start the day! Would say that this is a rather simple and basic flow which is just nice to awaken your muscles.

In the evening, Vivien and I geared up for HIIT after all the day’s crazy meetings! The video promised 650 calories burned but, we each burn less than half of that LOL. Just saying~

So we decided to take it up a notch and push ourselves for an additional booty blast! Okay, maybe that’s just my happy decision and not for vv HAHAHA.

Would say that I could really feel the burn in my lower body and the squat jumps literally obliterated my thighs. Try this for a good lower body workout! I enjoyed this!
