DAY 2 – 5km run to Hort Park

Feeling the after effects of coming back to a hiit routine – HELLO DOMS?!?!

I used to do hiit workouts at home everyday previously, but ever since I got addicted to hitting the weights at the gym, hiit became a distant reality… until NOW!

But after 2 rounds of hiit workouts yesterday, I think I deserve a recovery run so here’s a short 5km morning jog towards Hort Park!

Staying committed to my 30 days of leaning out! Can’t wait to see the results!
