DAY 12 – HIIT & Yoga

Motivation definitely is KEY to any workout, and I’m so glad I have my workout buddies with me! Yoga Fitfam FTW! hehe.

Parveen and Jessin joined me for a quick 30 min HIIT blast and this was fun because there weren’t any repeats! Try it here:

Following that, Jessin led us in a quick yoga stretch session which helped us all cool down! Boy, was it good to have such a great stretch for my back!

Getting stronger everyday, and I’m excited to see progress soon!
