This is super exciting! I made a very versatile granola recipe that I absolutely am so in love with! Top it with fruits, yoghurt, bread, and even, MORE OATS! 😍 As you can see, this is going to be my addiction for quite awhile!
So… the first attempt was a terrible failure! I burnt the whole batch!!!

This first batch was done at 180 degrees Celsius and that was a terrible idea! Only 15 min in and it was ALL BURNT!
Undeterred, I made the next one with a lowered temperature and more consistent stirring in between and am pleasantly surprised! Hardwork truly pays off!

Look at all that golden crunch! YUMMY!!!

I’ve been adding them to literally EVERYTHING I eat! HAHA! And I am even selling them now (only because I’m restocking my supplies hehe, lucky you!)! $8 for one pack if you are interested, just to cover my costs! Hehe!

To make the granola by yourself, you can follow my recipe!
GRANOLA BASE
– 2 tablespoons coconut oil
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1/2 teaspoon Nuvia Sweetener
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
– 3 cups organic rolled oats
Options to add:
– Goji berries (bake together with granola)
– Pumpkin seeds
– Almond flakes
– Walnuts
This is super simple, mix all the wet ingredients with the Nuvia Sweetener until well combined then add the cinnamon and rolled oats!
Bake in the oven at 150 degree celcius for about 30 min with stirring at 5-10 min time intervals!
