Today I tried making Red Bean Chocolate Protein Brownie! They turned out rather dry though, so some tweaks are needed for this recipe…
However, they look really healthy since the nutrition facts for a small piece looks really friendly to fit in as a snack!
Here’s what you need:
- 2 cups red bean, boiled & mashed
- 3 scoops protein powder (I used chocolate brownie flavour from Myprotein)
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup (or more) chocolate chips
Mix them all in a bowl and you’ll be good to go!
Would probably work on improving the recipe in future, but for now, eating them as a protein filled snack as pre or post workout is great!
